The Tool analyses websites from a single geographic location at a specific point in time using automated browser technology. Results may vary based on factors including but not limited to: the geographic location of the analysis server, network conditions, website A/B testing, dynamic content loading, bot detection mechanisms, consent management platform configuration changes, and browser rendering differences. The Tool cannot assess legal compliance holistically — it examines only the technical aspects it is programmed to test.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-enhanced reports are generated using third-party artificial intelligence services (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated regulatory citations, risk assessments, enforcement precedents, and remediation recommendations may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. AI outputs should be independently verified by qualified professionals before being relied upon for any compliance or business decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waivern Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or regulatory fines — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Tool or any information it produces, even if Waivern has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or compliance posture of any third-party website. Analysis of a website does not imply any relationship between Waivern and the website operator.
